Imaginatively taking its name from the postcode of the area, the Angel N1 Centre is your small hub for entertainment. More of a courtyard with shops rather than a shopping centre, here you have a couple of high street fashion retailers, a couple of leisure oriented stores as well as a lovely coffee shop and gastro pub. The open roofed centre has plenty of space in the middle for a small food market on certain days of the week, and boasts a metal sculpture resembling the wings of an Angel for the benefit of it's surrounding area. Almost hidden away in the corner (and you'd be forgiven for wondering how) is the massive multi-screen VUE cinema, and another one of London's O2 Academy's (subtitled Academy2). As wise people once said, it's not the quantity that counts, but the quality - and nothing truer could be said of the Angel N1 Centre.
